Does anyone know this book? Couldn'T find a thread about them so I started one. I am going crazy, because I requested a payout weeks ago without success. They asked for all kinds of documentation which I sent them and after that they simply stopped communicating with me. This means that they just do not answer to Emails anymore. Calling them isn't possible either because there simply is no telephone support at all. The Poker and Casino sections have phone and Live Chat but don't bother to help me. They say there is no way of communicating with the book other than via Email.

Any ideas, maybe? I certainly ran out of ideas weeks ago.

Help would be very much appreciated, looks like I fell into a trap, here.

    Thanks in advance, guys.

Thanks for the help but I couldn't dial any of those numbers. The 0800 numbers are probably US-only and the last one doesn't work at all, I am afraid. Which mod is the right one to address the matter to?

Ah, ok I didn't know that, thought it's a US number. Anyway, I called +44 800 032 1973 and 76 and got to a recording blabbering something in Spanish.

                  00345 43316 doesn't work at all.

Then I tried 00350 43316 which is Gibraltar and it rang but nobody picked up so far. Gonna try again later.
