Is it still safe to deposit there?
I know they are A+ rated and historically one of the strongest books blah, blah, blah...
However, I cannot get a deposit into these ass clowns. I have tried livechat about 20 times with their accounts department and it has never been answered once. I have sent 3 emails and not a single one has been answered.
What's the deal? Are they still in business? Do they still have a customer service department? If I can't get money in how in the hell can I ever be expected to get money out?
How can a book that doesn't respond to emails or customer inquiries be A+ rated?
