    Bet911 - multicheating
Sunday, July 22nd I have betted at bet911 on the Brazilian league game between Corinthians-Nautico which was suppose to take place the same day. I decided to bet $100 on tie with odds +300 and also I betted $100 on a victory of the visiting team with odds of +690. In general the spread of odds was following: -300;+300;+690 (1.33-4.00-7.90). The game ended up with the away team victory 3-0. Next day after logging to the account I found out that the winning result of betting for the visitor’s team Nautico disappeared from the history and only the lost betting on draw still remains there.

Seriously upset as that meant I have lost over $700 I have contacted the customer support. Customer Support rep named Andy told me that Bet911 cancelled the betting for the visiting Nautico team right before the game and justifying their decision with their betting rules: Quote:
"ALL WAGERS PLACED ON EVENTS with obvious erroneous lines resulting from human error will be graded no action."
During the next few days I have tried to work it out with Bet 911 by sending e-mails and talking thru chat. With no result as I found out, as I was unable to convince them that there was no reason to consider that line of betting is erroneous.

AS you can see they have started with pretty much the same betting line as the remaining part of the market – 25 other booking companies had on Saturday the same or higher odds for Nautico, The odds have started to seriously change on Sunday around noon (I placed my bet around 4pm).

At the time of my betting the odds were attractive, however still available at at least few other bookies. For sure the phrase “obvious erroneous lines resulting from human error” does not apply here. In few words Bet911 is breaking its own rules, not even mentioning the common rules of betting websites. This is just cheating.
I understand that bet cancelling happens sometimes ( in general rarely and with obvious mistakes only), but this is first time I have encountered such primitive form of cheating as canceling the lines of betting which doesn’t work for the booking website.
I would like to remind that betting on AWAY were cancelled while betting on HOME and DRAW were counted as valid as payable to the Bet911. Customer betting on Corinthians at this web are still unaware that winning bets for this game were cancelled (and I wouldn’t be surprised if we found out that bets on HOME were sold prior to game at betfair – as those were accepted at 1.33 by this cheating website, where prior to game they were about
    1.7 at betfair).

Summarizing BET911 is able (and does) any of the following:
    -Canceling the bets without reason
-Breaking its own rules on conduct
-Canceling part of bets and at the same time keeping those which bring money to the website as valid

If you would like to see how their customer support is able to lie in your face, attached are links to my correspondence with them:

Please let me know if you could suggest anyway for me to get back my winnings. Any help from SBR will be highly appreciated. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you.
    Thank you.

ps. and that is not all - another issue I have encountered with them last week– when I have accepted their bonus offer which required: “ to wager the deposit, bonus 3 times before requesting a payout” and then found out that the rollover was changed to 7 times instead of 3 and I have never been notified:

Bet911's Alex is going to "reopen" your case and give us a decision tomorrow. He has the information provided in the complaint email. Although I wouldn't consider payment at lower odds a fair resolution, it might be a good goal with this sportsbook. What they described was wagering sleeping at the wheel.
