Since the game was not completed, that leg is "no action". For most books, a 2-team teaser will reduce and be canceled, EVEN IF YOU LOST THE OTHER LEG.

I took a long look at your rules, and they clearly do not cover this situation. How will you treat a player who lost on the other leg?
On a precautionary note, you might want to do some work on you rule set. It doesn't even discuss reducing teasers on a push/no action - just "all must win".Comment
