It was likely past posted, those wagers are flagged and not paid until review. Will have an answer to you in about 45 when I get into the office.

The reason your two wagers (placed at 01:15:18, 01:15:42) were not graded is that the off time for Australia - B Race 7 was actually 12:21:27. The race finished almost an hour prior to your bet. I suspect there will be some guys looking to get down bets like these , but the best bet (pardon the pun), in the event of a legitimate time change, is to get down your bet with some time to spare. I don't think too many are placing NBA wagers with minutes or in some cases seconds before start time.
You're able to bet horses throughout the day. If our feed says 0 MTP but is not taken down, there's an error on the software providers feed and bets will all be voided, whether winners or losers. For more information, read here.

If you were watching those races on TVG, they may have been delayed. This is a common practice.

We have had a LOT of these disputes through the years. It comes with the racebook unfortunately. If SBR can weed out tracks where this tends to happen it might cut down on the problem.

The Australian track has been inconsistent, whether it's a track specific timezone issue or a problem on the software providers feed is still a question mark, but the Australian tracks will no longer be offered to prevent confusion until their issues are straightened out.

You can't bet horses hours ahead of time. Unless I see the horses in the paddock and see how the horse is walking, sweating, feeling good or uneasy or how he reacts to the jockey I can't make any bets. All my bets are 5-10 min before the race else if you are betting horses hours ahead of time you are crap shooting.

Good point. We have an 'upcoming races feed' that lists races starting within the next hour. Anyone betting 5-10 minutes before a scheduled time will be fine the majority of the time, there are the occasional errors with track times not being sent correctly to the feed but of the volume offered the percent is not big.
We'll identify problem tracks though and make sure they're adjusted or not offered.

5dimes and Betonline are the best for this kind of situation...they leave the races up to the last split second before the gate opens.. they also happen to be the fastest graders I've seen when it comes to horses.. runner up would be BetJamaica.
