    Online Poker?
Your opinions are valued. I'm looking to finally signing up with an internet poker site. I like to play heads up and I've used Poker Stars in the past.

I'm looking for an HONEST site after hearing about the problems with Full Tilt.

    Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance and I'll take your answer off the air.

Since no one is biting (they will)...everybody raves about Poker Stars. I like Full Tilt but play at Bookmaker for the reasons you alluded to. I learned very quickly I can't play poker....a hand for me is like winning or losing a sports bet and I have ZERO control so I don't play.

I always played on Pokerstars, so I just like that the most, haven't really played on anything else.

Something with management I believe...I hope he isn't mixing them up with the owner that was giving a player everyone's face cards....they were associated with dimes

havent heard of any problems with full tilt other than lawsuits that dont have to do anything with the safeness or integrity of the games

full tilt and pokerstars are the most reputable sites in the industry, if thats important to you then you couldnt go wrong with either

Thanks for the input. I think I was referring to Full Tilt. One of them got caught cheating..killed their credibility.

I think I'll probably go with Poker Stars.

Maybe if a 2 outer didn't hit 95% of the time against me, I would be more eager to log on more than once every week.

Thanks. I don't want to accuse the wrong company. At least that gives me two outs, either PS or FT.

                            And just to settle this

As luck would have it, some online sportsbooks happened to be using the Pit Bull Poker skin as part of its suite of product offerings. Pit Bull Poker, as reported this past week by Gambling911.com, has shut its doors, the owners apparently arrested by local authorities in Costa Rica.

Pokerstars would be my suggestion, though both have much harder competition than other software.

I like both PokerStars and FullTilt, and I wouldn't play at any other site. I have played through Cake before and several sites that are no longer available to US players, and have found Stars to be the best site for me simply because the traffic and tourney variety is best. There is nothing wrong with Full Tilt minus the fact that they just don't have the volume Poker Stars does. I have not had deposit/payout issues at all with either one.

Edit: I would give a slight edge to Full Tilt when it comes to the software, but Stars is still very good.

They are ahead for functionality, no doubt. I'd give the edge to Pokerstars for look/feel.

Tourny and games 1/.5 and under have great entertainment value. Anything above that you are most likely playing with people that are colluding, using programs such as pokeredge and other data mining software to gain an unfair advantage.
