Is Bookmaker pretty long on payouts these days?

Starting playing with them again recently and was told my ** payout was going to take a week. With so many books offering same day or 48 hour payouts it seems like a long time. Makes me think they hope you lose your money in the meantime.

I'm not worried about the safety of my funds, but for a book that has so much going for them, this is an awfully long time to wait for your money.

yeah man- 4 days for western union. gimme a break. its my preferred payout method but bookmaker takes so long for something thats so instant. really rubs me the wrong way.

I disagree - look at bet jamaica or pinny. If you have more customers and more requests to handle, hire more staff.

This is a huge flaw on their end and frankly, they know they could do better. I hate how they tell you "there are steps to be followed" as though a payout is a complicated procedure. It's not - it's actually extremely simply.

they got a lotta methods- bankwire included.
western union, moneygram, check, book to book transfer...ive only ever used western union with them- cash money in your hand- suppose to be instant.

The point is that it's our money and there's no need whatsoever for it to take that long. We should be able to get our money within a reasonable timeframe when we want it - and a week isn't reasonable.

I like a lot of things about BM, but this irks me.

Since I'm a "platinum" member, I get two free payouts a month - that's a nice feature. I think otherwise they run about $75 from what I've read. You can use loyalty points to pay for them though.

Just have to earn 30,000 points in a year - which is $30k in action (of straight bets). they also have a "Diamond" level when you reach 300,000 points which gives you one free payout a week

I withdraw from them monthly via bank wire. They are always fast, I think my bank holds the funds longer than it takes BM to process and send them. Even when I had them send me checks, it was really fast. They always tell me it can take up to a week, but it never does.
