i think it was because i tried to transfer when the site was down for maintenance

Someone stole my account number and used my points up.

When I was I logged in, my underage son/brother/friend went on my computer and used my points up, therefore I'm not liable for those losses.

I have screenshots showing I had 7 points and they just disappeared from my account.
