i owe creditors a nice amount of money and recently been getting court summons , and if i don' t show they bring up how they will garnish wagers, now i have a nice amount of money in my sports-books accounts what i do is i receive my money via fed ex take the check to my bank where there cash it for me without me having money in my account can i continue to do that or should i tell the website to send the check to a different name like a friend or family member if i ask for that request what do you think will happened thank you

I do not know how they can garnish wagers or even know you have money in sportsbook accounts.

I am a little confused of what you are asking, but I think you are asking how you can cash a check without having the creditors you owe automatically take it once put into your bank account. I would suggest just continue having the check sent in your name to your place of address and opposed to you using your bank, go to one of those check cashing places and pay the small fee. That way you have no worries and it only costs you a small fee. Hope that helps and hope that you someday get out of debt.

no my friend works in the bank they override it for me did it at least 8 times mbenz yea they offer that but i got alot of money in my account right now dont wanna pay that big fee from those options

You don't need an acct. to cash it,it is instant money.

yea in some areas though everytime i did **, like a duane reade they always gave me a money order and cvs never gave me cash i got over 4g in my account the fee will be way to high what about me just asking the website to send the check to a different name you think they will do it?

Can't do a different name....Just saying that extra check will be a red flag given you're on disability. They monitor that shit closely (especially now that we are talking garnishment) and then you'll have a problem much bigger than garnishment

There are laws against collecting income while on disability. I don't want to get you nervous but the fact that you have been depositing checks while receiving disability insurance is going to catch up to you.

You sign it,you don't need to go to bank with him.He signs under you,gets the cash provided he has the funds in his acct. to cover it and gives you the money.
