What exactly is scheduled maintenance?
I've worked for a company who has switches, routers, computers, firewalls, etc. and we have never had to be down for maintenance.
Just curious what it is. Greasing the door on the SYSTEMS room?, New Cat5 cables?, Adding RAM?, Maybe going completely APPLE?
