I am thinking about going but not sure yet. I have some vacation already scheduled for August so if it is late in the month it may be difficult. I'd like to get back to Vegas though, it's been about 3 years.

Pretty sure SBR states you have to be 21 to attend the bash. No reason you can't go to Vegas, just not nearly as fun when you can't gamble and drink.
