I think you are going into social work which pays about as much as a fast food job.

Clinical Psychologists conduct psychological assessments. There isn't a Medical School requirement for licensure. I am already licensed as a professional counselor and would be willing to supply that documentation to SBR_John or Willie Bee to support that claim.

Actually...depending on what State you are practicing in, many licensed psychologists can get prescribing privileges with additional training. Only problem is I actually believe most anti-depressants are over prescribed and do little to help people work through their problems.

A Licensed Psychologist can do the same in some states, again, under the supervision of a licensed psychiatrist. I got into this field to help people and make a decent living. Medical Doctors are overworked and under paid.

Tenner is a good guy, I know what he does, and people that he rubs shoulders with. He is a highly respected professional in many circles.

inthehole was a top 10 most respected SBR poster of all times, no one had any problems with him.


I don't know much about Bateman, I know people don't have much good to say about him at other sites.
