Durant is on a shitty team so no mvp. Plus he is not better than Lebron, Kobe, Wade, Areans, Nash, and a couple more.

Look at Kobe he has to wait many years for his MVP. Why can't these new comers wait like Kobe did.

Easy, because LeBron James is nearly averaging a triple double this season while leading the scoring race. On top of that, LeBron's led the Cavs to the best record so far this season. Durant is a beast, but LeBron is just mythical.

Durant has been ballin this yr, but Lebron has to get it, im a laker fan saying this but take Lebron off that team and even with jamison just getting on there, it's not that great a team, if Lebron has a crappy night theyre going to lose. Durant is a stud and I wouldn't be mad if he won MVP this yr but Bron Bron is going to end up with it most likely

with your logic lebron should have 4 mvps by now, when he was 22 (durant's age), he put up 31.4 points/6.6 assists/7 boards while leading his team to a 50 win season and his supporting cast was awful. he didn't have rising young talent like westbrook and green around him

Lebron has never had a good supporting cast. Thats because he tries to do everything himself like today. The cavs have lots of good players. Durant is good but lebron will get the award- its the NBA

Normally you have to do something 10x better than what you did the year before to get the MVP again. But it's Lebron and the NBA will suck his dick, even though he's putting up the same numbers and team record. Last year Dwyane Wade was on a sorry ass team and was top three in the discussion. Durant should be too because that team has a chance to win 50 games. That's MVP shit right there buddy.

without durant the thunder would not be in playoff talk. if the other teams via cavs, nuggets, and lakers lost their MVP they would still make playoffs.

Lebron won the MVP last year by a landslide and his numbers this year are even better. He's 5th in the league in assists as a small forward! He's also leading the league in scoring and could easily be putting up 35-40 a game if that was his focus. There is no player that "more valuable" to his team than Lebron.
