    How much weight do you think podunk can drop in two weeks?
    hit the scale at 233 this evening. fvck that shit. one buddy bet me a case a beer that i wouldn't lose ten....my other buddy said he'd throw $100 my way if i lost 20 in the next two weeks.

    i'm not eating shit...except for broth and juicing fruit and vegetables. while busting my ass on a bike and jumping rope.

    how much do you degenerates think i can lose in 2 weeks?

    i saw jj's motivational videos and i'm fvcking pumped. this is for you coach.

    22 pounds, just enough for the $100. I think you'll quickly put it back on though, especially after getting that case of beer.

        drink tons of water and eat only salads for 2 weeks. Work out for 30 min a day, enough to get your heart pumping & break a good sweat. Treadmill or walking is fine. You'll lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks. No carbs, no fat, less than 600 calories a day, only drink water & lots of it. Maybe eat some bran cereal so you *hit big every day.

              20 pounds in 2 weeks is a lot of weight. This will not be easy. If you just drink fruit juice and sports drinks and some fresh fruits and vegetables then you have a chance but you will need 60 minutes of cardio a day where you are burning at least 1,000 calories every day.

              5 pounds a week is doable if you bust your ass and eat smart. In this case you are going to have to short yourself on the food side of things and still work hard. Your stomach will be growling quite a bit. Be sure to drink lots of fluids with all that cardio. I don't know your drive so can't say if you can do it but it won't be easy.

              I would say odds are you will not make it.

                I lost a little over 35lbs in 2 weeks a few months back.. Eat once a day, and for other meals, drink a Muscle Milk, Ensure, or Boost.. They are packed with all the nutrients and protein just like a meal.. I was having a lot of medical problems when i did it, but hey, it worked.. For $100, i'd prolly do it again.. Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, they are all more tasty than a cup of broth..

                  I agree with this if you are only trying to win the bet. If you are trying to become more fit, this is a recipe for disaster. By starving yourself to this degree, your body will eat what muscle you have for it's protein, and save the excess fat you have. You will finish 2 weeks 20 pounds lighter, but still fat and noticeably weaker. Then when you go back to eating, you will quickly put on more fat. If that's worth $100 and a case of beer, best of luck to you.

                    Its very possible, but it will be tough.. Resisting the urge to eat something that taste good for 2 weeks will be the hardest part.. Best of luck Podunk and keep us updated..

                        you're right, not healthy, just saying to win the bet. I f you want then to bulk up & keep the weight off do the no carb think. Eat no carbs & ton of protein (meat, fish) & add strength workouts & up your cardio. But to just lose alot quick eat green & drink alot of water. Dont over do it on workouts just half hour walking 1.5 miles. You wont starve to death in 2 weeks, salad will fill you up with not many calories. All the water will flush your system & helps your matabolism & water will fill you up making you think you're not hungry.

                          thanks for the advice fellas. weighed myself this morning at 230.4, before i went on a morning jog. so you guys think i should be eating protein while i'm on this fast? tuna and eggs? or should i get myself some protein shakes? thanks

                            My guess would be protein shakes due to less calories. But then again, I'm not expert on this kinda stuff...
