Try the live chat option. Either way it should be fixed soon. They're normally very good about fixing these things.

Every so often the scores have errors but they correct themselves. The scores source will be different soon and SBR picks will come out of beta. It should not have any grading hiccups in a short time.

It's now fixed. The chat tools is ON now, just stepped out for a few minutes.
