Push ups, pull ups, and and a brisk jog is all you really need.. You can do these things for free..

Yeah Odus is right. While all of these products will most likely work it is the process of faithfully doing the exercises every day. If you have that you motivation you might as well do sit ups and pull ups regularly for free and get same results.
