Paver here is the deal. My name is Pavyracer and i live in Atlanta. I want to be a bookie because it was always my dream and I do not want to work. Now I do not want to get my hands dirty and work right in Atlanta having guys call me to place bets. So I go online and do a google search about offshore credit betting. I sign up at a place like Bet Eagle A Price Per Head Shop and pay for lets say 15 player accounts at $15 a month per account. I then tell my players in Atlanta of the URL and account number/password they have and the credit line they have. Now the players log on and place bets or call in bets at an offshore center not in the USA associated with Bet Eagle, they move the lines, grade everything, balances, etc. As the Admin of each account Paver can change lines, put limits, add more betting types, etc. Paver also has settle figures to settle up when figure is hit. All Paver has to do is payout or collect money from the players or have an agent do it for him. Paver is the money man, all betting is via CR and money only thing exchanged in usa to play or get paid via players.
