Everyone here talks about a unit as if it is some un-godly amount of money...I wonder exactly how much is everyones units.....so lets go gents, be men, and let the world know how much you really play for......for me it is simple....gambling is the same to me as a round of golf or collecting baseball cards....my units are around the 50$ mark....I place a couple bets and should they lose then my week is over (except the occasional chase lol)......should they win or split I continue. I still get the rush and thrill of a victory or in some weird way the feeling of being alive by a bad beat loss.............just curious BOL to everyone
How much is a unit to you?

#3Alright stingray, sounds like this place may not be for you then. Everyone here is big time & high rollers. You can't just bet for fun & not worry about it. You either have to be betting at least $1000 a game & winnin' & livin' large or losin' & havin' 14 year old bookies kickin' ur ass!
You can't be a recreational bettor. You have to be a full tilt degenerateComment -

#4To answer your question a unit is what you want it to be. I make $100 a unit and the most I usually play is 5.5 units to win 5. If I have some money to play with I'll put more than that a couple times a season but it has to be a special feelin' up in the deepest crevices of my ass to lay more than $550 on some 18-19 year old kids to play like they really give a damn!Comment -

#7no doubt. It's easy to talk a big game on a forum. Most of these people on here are kids still livin with mom or in college. You can tell by the things they say, how uneducated they are about life better yet gambling. Alot of playground back & forth shit over the dumbest things. But there are some stand up guys on here who know the ropes. I don't claim to know it all, I learn something about this business every day. This is what I do for income so I play a little higher than some but not as high as others. I'm not greedy.
I see you're new here & there are alot of characters here & we like to have fun with the stupid BS, but I've learned a few things from some of these guys. Get involved in the contests & win some points. There's alot of free money you can get with the sponsor books with a few points. I'm playing small amounts on about 4 or 5 cbb totals a night from a $50 cash play for 600 points and have over $300 in about a week from that. I can cash that out at the end of cbb season & buy a couple asian hookers for the weekend all on SBR's dime!
I'm just kiddin'. In all seriousness, I don't like AsiansComment -

#24When in the game, a unit to me is generally between $50 and $75. Don't win big bucks this way, but it doesn't hurt my bank account either.Comment -
