Most, if not all of the refs except him are fixing games (in some cases at the behest of the league office), but none of them are betting on them.

He's not fixing any games, but he's the only one betting on them.

Anyone who believes this crap (including, apparently, the FBI) is dumber than jock sweat.

I believe that games are fixed, but I don't believe that he stands by and did not participate in fixes, good day.

I don't believe that they're fixed really, but I do believe it was very easy to Donaghy to know who the refs liked, and who they didn't like, which gave him a huge advantage. I mean if they were completely fixed he would hit more than 70% (which is still an insane rate).
