Have gone cold turkey from tobacco for the past 6 days.
Have gone cold turkey from tobacco for the past 6 days.
Still having withdrawals and still feel irritable. I've gained probably 10 pounds since i've quit dipping, because everytime I get a craving I eat to stop myself from fuking this up.
Anyone else have similar stories?

Yeah its tough when you quit because all you do is eat in replace of dipping. I have tried to quit numerous times in the past but have just decided to say **** it and guess I will dip until the end. Been chewing for the past 13 years and don't see myself quitting.

It's easy, the first week is hard really but after you'll balance the weight and a month later you should be 100 % clean from cravings and irritations!
Drink a lot of water or orange juice eat more citrus fruits they help the cravings a lot.
