I believe Propecia only addresses hair loss in the front and sides while Rogaine addresses hair loss to the back of the head. Propecia also does serious damage to women and they shouldn't touch your hair when you're using it.

Main goal is to keep what you have. They say you might get some hair back, but it's unlikely.

Thing is, once you start, if you stop, your hair loss quickens, so be prepared to commit for a while.
