Every time I am in Costa Rica, it seems I've always got to get a bottle or two of rum at the duty free store. What's everyone's favorite rum?

Went to one of the "shops" in the Bahamas and bought a bottle of rum with a pineapple on it. No brand or words on the bottle, just a pineapple on it. Stuff was the best rum I've ever had.

I haven't drank in a while. I drank enough in the past 5 years for all of us! I like Bacardi though. I'm a big vodka drinker because it all tastes the same, $10 bottle or $50 bottle. Except of course SKYY or the really top shelf stuff, but the cheap tastes just like Smirnoff which is a good mid grade. Put the cheap stuff in a more expensive bottle & no one at a party will know. Because hardly anyone drinks it straight so when you mix it it's all the same.

Cheap and good for daiquiri's Appleton rum


It's Jamaican and nothing better for under 12 bucks a bottle.

But I don't drink rum unless I'm in Jamaica or it's sunny out and I'm outta Gin/Beer.

usally its bacardi but if i want a smooth rum would be malibu
