Is there something I'm not seeing here? Line opened at +1.5 and went up to +2.5 and still 60% of the public is on Tennessee Tech. Tennessee State is 6-20. How are they favored by -2.5 besides being at home? Am I missing something? Part of me wants to be all over Tennessee Tech, but I'm hesitant about pulling the trigger.
