Is not this rule broken every single day in there?

Furthermore, if SBR knew a guy was stiffing other posters, and he sudddenly hit a big parlay in the sbr sportsbook, wanting to cash out a TV..would you give him the TV?

I'm sure it happens quite often, but SBR catches it probably about 90-95% of the time.

And yes, they'd give me the TV.
