OT: i don't remember what i did on pinnacle

i got an email an hour ago from pinnacle:

Dear Sir,

Please accept our apologies for the following: as stated in our Web-Site rules, Pinnacle Sports reserves the right to cancel any wager made after an event has started.

For this reason we have cancelled your wagers on XXXX vs. XXXX on August 19.

i don't remember how i circumvent their software. this is the first time i got my wager cancelled at pinnacle. anyways, my wager would've been a loss if it is graded
