    Would this make you feel uneasy?
    If a book asked for your copy of driver's license as well as a copy of your utility bill, to confirm you are who you said you were, would this make you feel uneasy?

    Faxing my data to some stranger/clerk in Costa Rica sounds like a recipe for identity theft....

        Yes, one reason I am reluctant to sign up at any new books. Been with the same one for over 10 yrs. Back then they did not request that info.

              I just make sure they are licensed and I'd feel safer for my bookie to ask my IDs.
