WTFO.........14 days till you are to be evicted and all you think about is trying to gamble? I am freaking confused here. Should we not (if this BS is true) be hitting all and every State and Federal Agency to find some type of help? There are so many programs to search for help.
Even if some one was to give you some money, points or what ever to gamble, how in the hell are you going to turn this into a profit and get the cash into your grubby little hands before the end of the month?

Ok bottom line to help you:
YOU are ABLE to get FOOD Stamps if you have a child, just need to bring proper paperwork. You are able to get EMERGENCY FOOD STAMPS ( may even get them in a day, plus they can send you to a local "Food Closet" to get some food in the same day) if what you say is true about no cash, unpaid bills, fired /laid off from work, etc. THEY can help you if you HAVE in your hands an EVICTION NOTICE with aide to stop the eviction if a young child is involved.
BOTTOM LINE IS IF WHAT YOU SAY IS TRUE, YOU ARE ABLE TO GET THE EMERGENCY HELP!! NO IFS AND BUTS ABOUT IT!!!

If he needs help some churches give out food to needy families. There are programs in most big cities to help pay utilities and things like that for a month or two. Lots of paper work I assume but he won't ever do anything suggested here.Comment -

We would rather read that you owe a local some money by the end of the month. But if what you are saying is true, you need to put your real life pride aside and go to your local Social Services. As a poster said above, with proper documentation (bank accounts, utility bills, family social security cards, etc), they will give you emergency food assistance, set you up for a monthy amount and possibly give you emergency/monthly cash as well. Bring everything with you so you won't have to go back.
Also, each state has different eviction laws, I would think you are more than 1 month behind to get an eviction, but in any case, you should check it out. Social Services may help you in this also as they not only set people up for public housing "projects", but you would be suprised how many "Section 8's" that are placed into really nice middle class subdivisons as well. Don't wait til your out on the street, go get help now!
I have known single parents with 2 or 3 kids, men also in this scenario, who were "too proud" to ask for help. Some even had good paying jobs, but still were struggling because of the $150+ a week for daycare! If there is no family help, it is way tougher to get by. But Social Services helps these people by paying a portion or sometimes all of these daycare costs.
Unfortunately, there are so many scammers out there collecting all these benefits illegally, while some of the people who really need it don't even apply.
In most countries, there is No welfare assistance of any kind, social security or anything else. Take advantage of what America has in place for people who need it. If your too proud to do it for yourself, do it for your kids!

Not trying to be an asshole or give you a hard time, but what swaindexter said is true. If you have an underage child you can give a lot of help from the gov't.
And again not trying to be a dick, but there isnt even a 31st in this month.
And of course I dont know what your rent is, but you and your wife could go give blood tommorow, and next week and the week after and thats 6 times which is probably close to $300, so you get food stamps and that gets your food. You can get the cash together before the end of the month, just dont give up.
Even if someone gave you enough points for a $100 account, the rollovers are so high you are most likely going to lose it before you make the rollover. Plus wouldnt you rather put your faith in yourself to get your family out of this, then putting your faith in some young kids and hoping the teams you pick win.Comment -

I know so many people with young children, do you know that you get a ridiculousy large tax return if you have a kid and made under like 70 or 80 K last year ? I am just asking because some people dont know about it.
Its the Earned Income Tax credit. If you have a 3 year old daughter and you and your wife made less than 80 K last year you will get back probably a $6,000 refund. And I know its true, because I know a lot of people who get it every single year because they have kids. If You speed file that tommorow, you will have that money by the end of the month.Comment -
