    NBA salary issues?
Why does Stern want to change the salary pay?
The set price for first 3 years for rookies was great. Having the top stars being payed 16-20million I think is legit.

I'm not 100% what he sees the problem is.
If someone could explain the problem to me, I would like to understand this issue.

(NFL really needs to do what the NBA does for paying rookies)

Because the NBA released a report saying there expecting to lose $400 million this year,
With the current economy and league revenue isnt out producing players salaries,
pretty simple if you dont make money you go out of business,

They always want to do something to avoid teams getting stuck with max, guaranteed contracts for players that suck (Marbury, McGrady, Redd for a few examples). It cripples teams and hurts the overall level of the league.
