Just a girl's random thoughts here but it would kinda hurt my feelers if my guy wanted to spend Valentine's Weekend with his dad instead of me. Not that I would be pissed or fuss at him. But you can be sure my galpals and I would discuss this in great detail. And poke pins in a voodoo doll with a lock of his hair.

Just letting you know that unless Valentine's Day falls on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, we consider the whole weekend as Valentine's. I think it is in our genetic makeup. And for the record, I do agree with you that she shouldn't have said anything. At least not to you.
