my experiences in land based european sportsbooks
they don't accept shit on baseball wagers.

they make you play a 3 teamer, then here is how they calculate the odds:

say i took 3 teams at +200 each for a dime, my payout would be

    2*2*2 = 8 * 1,000 = 8,000, less than 50% what it should be.

anything over $100 the guys get on the phone and call the head office...what a frickin joke.

    If I am not mistaken +200 in European odds is 3 therefore it'd be 3*3*3 = 27.

You are right about the low stakes though in most countries but if you happen to be in Italy once, try to find a SNAI bookmaker. This is the federal lottery of Italy and you can bet thousands of € on fair odds without any problem. Don't know if they have bets on Baseball, though...

A lot of euro books give -118/-118 on spreads for Baskets or football (american). You dont' use them for anything other than eurosports or tennis.

actually with commision standart of my country for AH is 1.8/-125 brutto which should be 1.62/-160 netto (including commision fees). The vig is lower when playing parlays.

yeah, i did the parlay calculation totally wrong, it is legit. but the limits on non futbol (soccer) games are horrendous.

im doin it here cuz its easier than a sportsbook online
