You have to establish residency first unless you are applying for political asylum which will be hard to convince being a US citizen.

If this is about using Pinnacle all you have to do is live there and get a utility bill...residency much easier road than citizenship.

if you apply for duel citizenship it'd only be for Canada. the USA doesn't honor duel citizenship. but you know get me some nice cigars please.

why bother? now if you had eu claims, then go for it...can just show up in any eu country and work for a spell and treat it as a working holiday...would be awesome

I was just talking to a friend about Italy and duel citizenship he said you needed a blood relative to be a citizen of that country
