You see see absolutely no hypocrisy whatsoever in touting gold against the dollar by having multiple guests on each week talking about how the dollar will be getting weaker and weaker? Meanwhile he's socking every penny into gold and running commercials 24/7 for advertisers he gets commissions from...

I like his antics, but to me it's mostly entertainment. Don't get me wrong, the hacks on MSNBC can be far worse. Have you ever watched "Hardball with Chris Matthews" or the "Ed Schultz Show?" It's pathetic. In fact, most of cable TV is full of "propaganda." There's no reason I shouldn't call him out just because he happens to have a show on FOX News.

I'm not a big fan of any of the news stations.. In my opinion, they are all full of it.. You never hear the whole story, just what they want you to hear.. They twist facts around so it seems a bigger deal than it is.. CNN, MSNBC, FOX News, i never listen to any of them..

I find it interesting that a member of the conservative media was banned from England and put on a blacklist for speaking his opinion but neither Hannity nor O'Reilly have chosen to comment on it. I guess that tells you that they value their ratings more than they value true freedom of speech.

Maybe if it was Dick Morris they'd talk more about it. When it's a competitor, best to sweep it under the rug.

Cougar, I find anyone that is on MSNBC or any other news media offensive. I am a very strict Republican and a huge supporter of Bill O. Hannity and Beck. I am also a huge supporter of George W. I am not on SBR to talk politics though and could care less what anyone else believes or thinks about my beliefs. Orale guey!

Beck is a failed DJ----who lost his family because of his coke and booze habits----got back on the radio as a loudmouth----and was hired because of the outrageous things he says.

Then he found the Book of Mormon and his life changed.

All these guys care is their wallet. If their house is attacked they will be the first ones to run to save their lives. Anyone can pretend to be a patriot in front of the tube. If they draft them for the army they will pledge insanity to avoid fighting.

I think Beck is great and I also agree with his political views.

The reason he is smart is he is entertaining and informative at the same time. So what if he gets paid a lot of money to do it? He gets great ratings and that is the free market capitalism system.

For all those that criticize him for making $$$ , wtf? Why do you guys care if he is making $$$? How is it any different than an athlete signing for $250,000,000 or an Actor getting paid $20,000,000 to do a movie. The market will dictate.

Yeah you're speaking about Michael Savage who got banned from Britain for speaking his mind on the air........Savage is the only one worth listening to on talk radio along with Clark Howard who gives good financial advice.

Again, another thing here to think about is all these talk show hosts on the right that preach day in and day out didn't say word one about a member of the conservative media who was banned from England. Why not? Isn't that news? If it were one of their homies like Dick Morris, or Bernard Numbnuts, or Anne Coulter, wouldn't they stand up and shout from the mountains about the injustice of of the evil socialist nations in Europe?

My problem isn't with Capitalism. I am for Capitalism. My problem is the day in day out hypocrisy that people are willing to turn a blind eye to because they are afraid to disagree with something a talking head should be doing (like reporting certain prominent current events). He's just a man. Nothing more. It's okay to find faults in these people. In fact, you can even agree with them politically AND find faults in them. What a concept.

I did watch and never said you cared about the money he makes. Others seem to however. Like somehow that diminishes what he does. Whatever I guess.

I really don't think Michael Savage and Beck/Hannity/O'Reilly are even similar much less in the same category. I mean, they won't even mention his name. I remember once Ann Coulter mentioned it and O'Reilly changed the subject as fast as he could. It made him very uncomfortable, that's for sure. I am sure he regrets that clip about the sausage or whatever, but he was attacked on air and the guy was making fun of...his teeth? Not that it's any excuse to wish the caller would die, but I don't know if put in that situation if I also wouldn't lash out against him.

I guess he does okay now. 10 million listeners a week isn't too bad. Frankly, he has a face for radio.

Intelligent guy if you listen to more than edited clips. There's quite a lot to his radio program.
