This has kind of been the BetOnLine forum gridiron...SBR John loves them and says the game is their's to lose...someone tried to link them to BetOnSports, but it looks just to be a common employee at most. They told somebody else point blank they didn't want professional action, so they're not quite the new Pinnacle...but they're as good as US-based bettors are gonna get.

I hope you get some fresh new opinions, but do a search and you'll get a bunch of background from the recent posting past.

      Good post bookie.

We have heard from multiple sources they are getting a lot of new players signing up. I think we will have a large amount of feedback on them soon enough.

As bookie said,I do like them. I like their management team. Good people that work hard that have invested millions into a great new facility.

The risk to this book is they could get to big too fast. The sportsbook work force in Panama is not scalable. In other words sportsbook employees have to be trained from scratch unlike Costa Rica where there are many experienced unemployed workers.

I generally like them, mostly due to their reduced vig lines. Customer service is lacking, however, at least the e mail dept. Over the years I have been with them, they have yet to answer any of the 6 or 7 e mails that I have sent, which to me is unacceptable. Also, my last withdrawal, about 6 months ago, had to be submitted twice and tool over a week or two to get to me.
What bugs me the most is that after a few weeks of not being able to sign on at all and after many phone calls & wasted hours with dumb-ass help there, I finally had someone tell me that their 'ware wasn't compatible with the AOL system. So, I need to use Internet Explorer, a small pain, no big deal, but aggravating trying to straighten it out.

Isn't that odd? A guy named Lewis spoke to me for at least 15 minutes on chat. I imagine chat is good and email is bad. I have never played there but I am going to load up tomorrow. I am a sucker for 105, they can have the huge bonuses and loyalty bs. If I am not mistaken every line will be 105, no line adjustment. Maybe, I am wrong about that because as I said I never played there before. If not I think they are going to be a book on the rise.

I like 5dimes but what is this bs about reduced only the day of the game. That is bush, imo.

I'm surprized to hear that on their email. We conducted a random test on them and it was pretty good. We will add them to the group on the next test as well.

              GridIronGuy,
I have been with them a few weeks now. I was a longtime player at Pinnacle. So I was looking for a reduced juice alternative. Right now I am happy with my options at Betonline. Looking forward to having the reduced juice for football. I first talked to someone on the phone when signing up. They walked me thru a Western Union deposit. I did send a e-mail that was answered. Dont remember the time frame just remember they answered me back which was nice. Unless things turn drastic over the weekend my plan is to take a deposit out Monday. I will report back the time frame when i do.

I played with BestLineSports during part of NCAA b-ball, NFL footbal season. After winning my Colts Super Bowl bet had a bank check Fed-Ex, and arrived in about 3 business days.

I just would worry they would not take professional action, and I always for some reason just had a little apprehension playing there, due to some of those past links to Bet On Sports.

Can't beat -105...........I really want to play there, but just am a little apprehensive. I want them to have a little more time under their belt before I dip my toes in that water again, as I am playing with much larger amounts this year, and want my money where I feel 100% confident it is safe and secure.

then turn your money into rare gold coins and carry them around in your pocket. There is no such thing as "100% safe and secure" in the online gambling world.

There is -- it's called Pinnacle Sportsbook. Unfortunately, it is no longer available for us U.S, brethren. They are 99.9% safe for the world, and that rounds up to 100%.

Very unfortunate that they will no longer deal with us Americans..

I didn't mean to be overly harsh on them, but I stand by my lack of e mail response comment. I never got a single response. They may be better in that dept. nowadays, for, as I noted, this was over the years. Maybe live chat is better. And, I am still with them and about ready to reload for foots, so, they get a passing grade from me, I suppose.
They ran a couple of nice football contests at another site a few years ago, too.

The Hitman, you had said in a previous post you were unable to connect to their site using the built-in AOL browser. Are you also using AOL for email, because AOL has a built in spam protection tool where a lot of messages are blocked by default. I never use AOL for certain email because some messages are sucked down the drain even with spam detection off.
