Policy handbook of a long time poster

I have witnessed many policy announcements here by the administration but nothing is permanently displayed for posters to know what the official policy is so I'm making this list in hopes of helping others not familiar with the policies here and keeping them out of trouble.

1. You can't use the N word.

2. You can't use the C word addressing a female.

3. You can use the word faggot addressing both males and females.

4. If you run a sportsbook using SBR utilities like PM, chat, etc you can take a 5 month leave of absence and then come back promoting your business.

5. If you are a stiff at other forums you can come here and start posting using another username and the people you stiffed can't ask for their debts to be paid.

6. If your spouse, children, roommate or other family members living in the same house want to become posters here you have to sign up for a different IP provider for each person living in the same household.

7. If your username starts with a j and ends with a d and has 6 letters with only one vowel you can pretty much do whatever you want.

8. contest rules will be changed in the middle of contests without regard of having everyone playing a level field.

I will be updating this policy handbook as new policies are introduced in order to establish what is a precedent for proper forum etiquette.

9. If you are a first time offender of an offense (booking with other posters, racist, etc) you will be given a second chance regardless of the severity of the offense or violations of clearly posted policy rules.
