I recieved my once a year call today from Royal and was wondering if anybody here still plays with them. I would never give them a dime, but figured I would ask since they are starting their 2007 football advertising blitz.

#2I don't know if this makes them any safer, but doesn't SBG Global own them now?Comment -

I have a little money in there (just over a dime). I only keep it there because their lines are slowmoving at times and before the SBG takeover they offered dime lines. I have found some bad lines and with one exception they have never cancelled a bet, and to their credit they did e mail me and say they cancelled prior to the game. They did try a misgrade with me but I screen shoot every bet and every listing before I bet. So I know if it says I bet #65 Royals over 4.5 This way I know whether it means I took the Royals game over 4.5 for the first half or if it means I took the royals over 4.5 for the game. Both bets in their pending bets look the same so you have to have proof of what #65 is. I sent them my screen shots and it was cleared up.Comment -

#4Hey Lou. Haven't seen you for awhile.
I just cashed out of Royal. I didn't like them as much since the SBG deal. I don't see myself getting back in unless they pull a play from the old Royal playbook and offer a crazy bonus.
The payouts have gone fine.Comment -

The options I had were cheques via courier and Western Union - and I had to fight a fair bit to get them to send cheques. At first they said no to that. The fees + currency conversion on ** would have been insane. But I talked them into the cheques.
Those took about a week each. $3000 max each. $50 fee each.
Maybe they have got themselves organized and can do Moneybookers now but somehow my gut feeling is saying no.Comment -

#8We'll see since it's listed as an option, but thanks for the input Mudcat. The other thing I forgot to mention is royal won't deal in cents. so if you wager $150 at +105 they will pay you out at $157 not $157.50. So you base your wager so that it pays out evenly. Nickle and diming you for those 50 cents adds to their profit.Comment
