You need way more than a forum to make it now and to get advertising is next to impossible and the affiliate business is controlled by a few long time forums and gambling portals.

Anyone can set up a forum literally within minutes. Hosting and software cost next to nothing. Making it successful, let alone world-class like SBR, is a different story.
