Seriously, most of these people on SBR get the shit kicked out of them daily by the books and they act like its a grand achievement. Bottomline is winning money isn't it? What am I missing here? You look at some of these people's spreadsheets and the first question that comes to mind is "what the **** are they doing gambling". I also find it hard to believe that most are really betting the dollar amount that they claim to be. Most people on SBR in my opinion are betting $10 at most a game. How are some people getting joy out of losing loads of cash daily?

Yea I get the addiction part, but you would think losing your ass day after day for years would be enough to make you stop. I mean people who have been losing for years know they will never get ahead, so why don't they just scale the bets back to $1 or $2 a game? I mean I myself love sports, and I can also watch a game without a bet on it. Bottomline I thought was winning money. I bet on sports cause I win money on sports, if I was losing my ass I would stop the bets and just enjoy the games. I never realized till lately how fu**ed some of these degenerates are. Wow, a few of you need to call the 800# for GA..

If the people on here put half the amount of energy they put into calling out posters on their bet size, ripping on others, bashing, etc. we would have more overall winners because they would be exerting their energy into capping games and producing winners not this BS. I for one do not care what others think I bet, I do not bet as big as I once did, but I still play pretty big compared to others. In addition, I do not care if a guy that bets $1 a play or a guy that bets $5k follows my play, the bottom line is I do not like to lose and even more importantly, I do not like others losing their hard earned money on my plays. A guy that bets lower limits may perhaps not be able to afford a loss or two with his limited bankroll, so I use my energy towards the real work, capping, not BS about dumb shit that goes on here on a regular basis.

I am sorry for the rant, just sick of it all.

Wow, can't believe you just stated that "if you think you're getting into this to win money you're in for a big surprise". The entire point of sports betting is to make a profit on a consistent basis so you show a net profit at the end of each year, not for action or a challenge.

Grind out $1500 per quarter as you did in the 1st quarter and that adds up to $6k over the entire year, not bad if this is just a secondary source of income.

I understand "If you think your getting into this to win money your in for a big surprise", I know the game.

"We like the action and challenge to TRY and WIN", maybe this is something I will never understand. I can watch a game without a bet on it cause I love sports. On the other hand if I was losing alot of money betting on games, I would stop, I guess money means alot more to me than some. I love money, and will not waste it. Some of these people who are constantly losing and can't stop betting have big problems and need professional help, I am not trying to be rude but its true.

It is a secondary source of income, if it was my primary source of income, I would not be living very well. I do not have a regular job, I play online poker on several sites/screens at once, play in live tournaments all over, and bet on sports, and I do very well doing so. It also doesn't hurt that I have inherited a large sum of cash. I am just trying to figure out this thing about how people can constantly keep betting on sports when they know they are gonna lose.

Degenerate gambolholics are in it for the "holic" part, what's hard to understand about that?

...JJ is in it for the degenerate part too, BTW.

So JJ says you were born to gamble and you bet $1 or $1.50 a game. I am confused, what does born to gamble mean?

Haha, I was kidding. And so was JJ. No one is born to gamble, but some are born into it.

If you arent making money doing this even if its a little bit you should bet small for entertainment(sounds familiar doesnt it?) otherwise stop. If i was losing money doing this shit i would have stopped a long time ago.
