with account in zero i contacted support, that i opt to out of bonus scheme.
they agree and deposited $7... i got more less $40 and want $20 out... they declined... they said that i have to rollover.... (they offer bonus con future deposits with 4x)

1. do you have to rollover last deposit no matter you have lose all your money?. the rollover is carry on next deposit?

2. terms and conditions are CLEAR. you can opt to out...

I'm not sure what's going on here, but it seems like you have a gambling problem here. Depositing $5 and min bet is probably a buck? Putting 20 percent of your roll on one game...Not good.

any book does a rollover on bonus. They just arent givin shit away. If you deposit $1000 they will give you a 50% bonus lets say. That means your bonus is $500 so you have $1,500 but you'll have to roll that $500 4 times or something to get it, which means you must make $2,000 worth of wagers before you can withdraw the bonus

agreee... , lets see, you deposit 1000 and got 500 bonus, you bet $1,500 on a single game, you lose that bet. then you deposit $200 with no bonus, you hit a parlay $200 5 teams you got $4,000. you want withdrawl, 3.000.... and they declined the withdrawl, because you have to rollover the bonus on first deposit..

its normal that you have to rollover on the mentioned situation?
