Iran has their own space program capable of launching SAT while going nuclear. India is above avg in technology too.

So I guess the only race left behind are blacks..

Living in Africa has to be hard.. That pesky sun burned their brains to peanut size and it is also the main reason affecting their intelligence.

I was talking about native americans. Real Indians are better than mexicans. They are a smart race.

There is a theory that people that live further away from the equator had to be better equipped to deal with the harshness of temperature change. Look at the most advanced cultures, they are not near the equator. India was not advanced until British imperialism.
