    anyone a uTorrent wiz?
    need some help.
I've got a file downloaded in uTorrent. Now how the hell do I get it to play or show up in MyMusic?
I've always used Bearshare for music sharing but for some reason it wont connect anymore so thought I'd try out uTorrent.

do you have to be a fvcking computer programmer to get this shit to work?

I add them to Itunes and burn with it. Very simple if you use Itunes.

You copy and paste the file, you crackhead.

As for uTorrent slowing down your computer, that is incorrect. It uses less than a megabyte of system resources. It's incredible for that reason.

As for it slowing down your bandwith, that is correct, seeing as it uploads and downloads files, you fukk.

                              1. Do you know where you saved the file? If not, the easiest way to to use search for file. I take it that you didn't configure uTorrent. Therefore it's saved in the default directory. To find the default directory, in uTorrent click Options menu, select Preferences, click Directory. The first box tell you where it saved your file.
                              2. Now that you found your file, you want to burn it to a CD? What format? To burn as MP3, I use Nero and burn as Data format. To burn as wave format (can play on any DVD player), you can use WM. WM has both RIP and Burn module. Just click on the Burn tab and add the files you want to burn.
                              3. If by "burn" means to copy it to your MP3 player, you can simply drag N drop.

I don't normally create playlist. But in WM, I believe you can right click on the file and select add to playlist or something like that.

As for uTorrent slowing down your connection, make sure you delete the torrent file from uTorrent when you finished downloading. If you don't do that, you are actively sharing that file with other people.

If you want to share your file, and not slow down your connection too much, you can set the max bandwidth for uploading and downloading in Options->Preferences->Bandwidth. By default, it will use max bandwidth. Max here doesn't mean everything you have, there are other software/hardware and protocol limitation and load balancing.

uTorrent can be use to DL any type of files. Movies have several formats: avi, mpg, kvm, wmv, DVD format. There are other formats not commonly used. WM is limited in which format it can play. You should try VideoLan, also know as VLC Media player. It's not as fancy as WM, but it can play virtually any format include DVD and ISO files.

Keyboarding only comes into threads when he sees a viable opportunity to bash others and/or tout his superiority at computers and life to other forum members. (Hence the name keyboarding) Don't mind him.

Someone posted the best answer earlier. VLC is the best program for handling all video files. Since most people have iPods, iTunes is usually the only option available for organizing a music library. If you do not own an iPod or iPhone, use much smaller applications like Winamp to handle your music.

For downloading torrents only use uTorrent.
