Betcris login troubles.....

Well, sort of some login problems. Just wondering if anybody else with an account there is experiencing the same.....

I keep getting a "login error" whenever I attempt to sign in. Explained it to CS, and seemed to be fixed up, but still the problem persists. Oddly however, when I log in to the "Original Cris" site, or "Bookmaker", I don't have a problem at all.

Anyway, not a big deal, as I can still access the site through either of those methods, but weird nonetheless that I can't get in via the Betcris site itself. Wondering if anybody else is having a similar problem or if I'm alone in my confused state.....

I'd have them re-set your password, check your browser settings, and go from there...

I just logged onto cris before coming here I had No problems. I'd try what Pags recommended.

Here is another strange thing: at the moment I can log in into BetCris using Microsoft Internet Explorer. But when I try to log in with Firefox which I normally use it doesn't work.

I had problems today aswell. Use Firefox and failed but OK with IE. Deleted cookies etc in Firefox and things worked out OK.

All is well now Kiwi, but as it turned out I was having a similar thing happen. I could log in using Explorer, but kept getting the "error" message when I was using my Mac, which has "Safari".....Anyway, old news now as I have no login problems whatsoever now. Onwards.....
