I understand that there are some issues with points debts shanty may have, and that there are people who are frustrated that they are not being paid back points they feel they are owed. This may be true, and if it is, I certainly understand their frustration and hope that the situation(s) get resolved to everyone's satisfaction.

But shantystar's dealings with other posters have nothing to do with me and my support and admiration of his work. It clearly pleases shantystar to receive points from me, and as such, it pleases me infinitely to give them to him. What he does with them is none of my concern.

Having said that, I do want to reiterate that I understand your frustration if you are indeed the creditor on debts that are not being paid back. Please do consider that my points donations to shantystar cannot have a negative effect on your chances of getting paid back, but may very well have a positive effect. At worst, they have no effect at all.

It is true and he's a low life stiff. This is well-documented.

shanty cannot be trusted, so you giving him points just means he'll lose them in the sportsbook again because he's a clueless bettor.

I wouldn't have a problem with shanty losing his points in the sportsbook, but they're not his points.

If you admire his gibberish, then pay off his debts. If you want evidence of the debts, it's in ample supply and all over the points forum.


You are enabling him. He should not receive any points until his multiple debts are paid.
