I have watched every season and Phil had some previous health problems. His two sons (Jake & Josh) have been fishing with him the last few seasons and will probally take over the Corneila Marie. RIP Phil.

No shit... I did this for 9 years with Lucent Technologies before catching the big layoff in 2001.
