The government had to spend mega bucks to put the place back together again because the owner was looking to move to greener pastures to any city willing to give him $$$$$ .Now Drew Brees has become the self appointed holy man who saved the city.The place is still a corrupt sesspool of failure but the Saints winning the Super Bowl has put a facade over the city where it now can be stamped an american success story.
