I believe you can get a blockage if you desire.

If not, you should be able too, IMO.

Correct, anybody can get their casino access disabled, just PM me, Lou, RichardMoss or any mod and we will take care of it.

The mods will disable youre casino account however if you ever decide to reactivate it the casino will stay open
