Depending on where you are it might be easier to call them (UK Time zone business hours 9AM - 5PM) I had to call them today to get some banking information. I have seen the "information" email address posted somewhere else but any email I sent were rejected by their mail server as a bad address.Comment -

Anyone have a current email address for them? Service@ isn't working - I tried. I am trying to help a player on a issue, and I can't use the messaging center, since it is only for account holders.Comment
