I recently won a $100 free play in a contest on another site. After completing the 2x rollover I requested a cashout( Max cash out was 200) of $199

Hello JOHN,
Greetings from Easystreetsports.com!
We currently have a withdrawal request of $199, 00. Right now the request is on hold due to the fact that when you sign up, you deposited $100 and received a 60%, plus $50 cash with a 9x rollover; so, in order to withdrawal you must risk a total of $3090, and as of today, your total volume is $693.
Also you have received several free plays in the account; therefore, you must also cover the rollover for those free plays.
Please do not hesitate to contact us via phone, chat or email if you have any questions or concerns, or for your convenience simply reply to this email.
Best Regards,
Dan

So 3090 in rollover on my $100 deposit with $110 bonus that I lost all of back in September. 200 in rollover on my first $100 free play prize that I lost all of in October. 200 in rollover on my second $100 freeplay prize that I lost all of in December. 600 in rollover on my $300 Beat the Streak prize which I lost all of in January. 200 in rollover on my latest $100 free play of which I completed the rollover and ran to the current $199.
As I said I will present an honest report of my experience with them. It looks like even though I lost my initial deposit and sign up bonus, and I lost all of my previous free plays, I am still responsible for completing rollovers for things that have nothing to do with my current balance.
Not one penny of this balance has a single dollar from any of the previous awards. They were all lost to zero.
Looks like I will be trying to put around 4000 in action on my 33 dollars in cash I won from my last $100 free play in order to request the maximum prize of $200. Should be fun. I will post my picks daily as we countdown to cash out.
