            Some seals are made like that *hit on money & wont show up on a copy. run it through the copier & see. If it's something that has to have an official mark just have a notary stamp the copy, most big banks have a notary

              Whatever it is required for might require an actual official copy (also officially sealed or notarized).

                If the document has a raised seal or a stamped seal you'll have no problems. If the seal is a hologram or a watermark you'll have no copy.
