#2I don't understand why people bet the Superbowl (spread) so big when after all it's just another game to add to the spreadsheet. I might add 2-3 more units just because of the hype, but $xx,xxx - geez..."I have never seen a wild thing feel sorry for itself. #3Not that much........it was only another game in the thousands I will wager this year.
Did ok in the prop department, so that helped also.
I've had many worse days in the past 3 months then I did yesterday.
...........had a terrible 3 weeks to be honest, BRUTAL, BRUTAL, BRUTAL.Comment -

Right now, would say the odds are right at 50-50 at residing there at this time next year........up about 10% from yesterday.
Simply stated, life is to short TO NOT LIVE IN VEGAS.

Hell, buying in a house LV instead of FL would instantly save me $150,000+...............that's a nice score right there.

#25I allow myself $500 a month for gambling sports. I have a limit of $3000 for the year though. Not a lot by most standards but it's what I can comfortably allow myself the use of without coming into contact with anything else in my life. I lost my monthly limit in January spreadout over about 40 games or so. I lost my monthly limit yesterday on one game. My spreadsheet tells the sad story of a man out of his comfort zone.Comment -

#31I'll give ya a tip today...when you think like your last statement your beat before you start....don't go in planning to lose. I dont know how many times i've heard people go to a casino and say I brought 300 to lose (mostly they will be correct starting out in that frame of mind) Get your head right first then gamble....but again play like its a hobby not your life. I win at my hobbyOriginally posted by wal66I allow myself $500 a month for gambling sports. I have a limit of $3000 for the year though. Hopefully someone picks me up along the way, I certainly can't make it the whole way on foot........probably could, but don't want to.
Perhaps I will wait and sell my wheels when I arrive in Vegas.Comment
