BTW, there were 21 misses this year, and these 2 teams have four of them, so yes, I think as a longshot prop, it has some value.

I wouldn't really put stock in the fact that there were 21 misses this year. This year was a bit abnormally high for missed XPs, and if you look at previous years the XP rate has steadily increased and is around 98% these days, plus the better weather in Miami probably increases XP rate since some of the misses are probably due to bad holds in slippery weather. That having been said, given the high total, I think your +1150 had some value. I thought the total was too high but even lowering the "real" total slighty, I don't think the fair line on the missed XP was any higher than +1000. It's pretty rare to find value on a longshot prop sbut I think you did so.

I ended up with a longshot ov77.5 at +1500. Despite the fact that I thought the total was too low, and that betting something that high sounds super-square, I thought +1500 was too high for that, and holding that ticket let me bet a little more on nice under numbers.
